1. Overview and Services
Stelesta is an automated management and optimization platform for local business Google Business Profiles, operated by Digital Medium ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting a profile or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
Stelesta offers tiered monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe:
- Free: Public audit tool and baseline report ($0/mo).
- Starter: $49 per location / month. Includes one-click fixes, review replies, weekly posts, hosted booking, and review requests.
- Pro: $99 per location / month. Includes all Starter features plus weekly geo-grid ranking map, competitor alerts, and monthly executive reports.
- Agency: $299 bundle (10 locations) / month. Includes all Pro features, white-label custom domain branding, and client sub-accounts.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to initiate a trial. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends through the Stripe Customer Portal with zero charges incurred.
3. Explicit Limits & Non-Guarantees
Stelesta provides tools to keep your profile complete and active according to Google best practices. We are honest about the boundaries of third-party platforms:
- No Guaranteed Rankings: We never guarantee search rankings, map positions, or specific volumes of customer reviews. Ranking algorithms are determined entirely by Google.
- Profile Verification: Google Business Profile ownership and identity verification must be completed directly by profile owners with Google.
- Book Button Availability: Google enables Book buttons and Place Action links solely for categories where Google allows scheduling.
- Q&A API Status: Google permanently retired the public Questions & Answers API on November 3, 2025. Answering questions on Google Maps remains a manual process.
- SERP Data: Geo-grid ranking matrix scores are third-party SERP estimates reflecting local point-in-time search results, not static or guaranteed positions.
4. Review Compliance and Anti-Gating
Users of Stelesta review request features agree to follow FTC guidelines and Google policies:
- No review gating: every customer must receive the direct link to leave feedback without sentiment screening.
- No incentives or rewards: you may not offer discounts, gifts, or compensation in exchange for reviews.
- SMS consent: users must have consent to message recipients, and all outgoing SMS text messages must clearly honor STOP requests.
- Healthcare privacy: review replies must never confirm or acknowledge that a reviewer was a patient or received medical care.
5. Governing Law and Billing Entity
